We bought a Siemens brand IQ700 KG76PAICON model refrigerator on Hepsiburada. Before purchasing, we did a lot of research because we were building a new house and wanted a quiet, high-quality product. We chose this model based on recommendations from our friends. However, from the moment it was installed, the refrigerator has been making noise. We were told the noise would stop in 5 hours, then 1 day, then 2 days—but it's been 10 days, and we’re still living with a constant buzzing sound. When the compressor activates, it makes a noise like a car starting, which we could tolerate if it were brief, but aside from that, it emits a high-pitched ringing or blowing noise for nearly 16–18 hours a day. The sound is so piercing that it is clearly audible in videos, and in reality, it’s even more disturbing. None of our friends who use the same or different Siemens models experience anything like this. The service technician who came said he had never heard such a sound before and directed us to another service. That second service sent a video to headquarters, and someone sitting in the office—who is apparently more authorized than the people hearing the sound in person—watched the video and decided the product was not defective. According to him, this sound is normal. How can this possibly be normal? You market the refrigerator as 36 decibels, yet it’s noisier than a no-name ₺10,000 fridge. You sell defective products and then excuse the issues by calling them “normal,” expecting customers to just ignore the sound. This is a complete joke and shows a lack of professionalism. The technician even admitted he heard the sound but said he couldn’t do anything or even comment on it. You're all playing the three monkeys: see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. I want this product returned. After this experience, we no longer want to use Siemens, and we are also filing a complaint about your service personnel.
