Siemens Kg85PFICON Fridge Constant Noise Problem - No Solution

I bought the Siemens KG85PFICON refrigerator on September 24, 2025, and from the very first moment I plugged it in, I’ve been dealing with an unbearable ringing noise that sounds like constant ear ringing. The service team came and performed damping, which only removed the motor sound, but this high-pitched noise never stopped. It continues 24/7, making daily life difficult and stressful. I’ve contacted the authorized service several times, sent all the videos they requested, yet they kept finding excuses and offered no real help. The technician even suggested requesting a return the next day after delivery since the product was unused, but that never happened. I also noticed that the refrigerator shelves bend easily, the drawers are stiff, and there’s a persistent odor issue. Even the representative who delivered the product scratched the door and misinformed me about the temperature of the “zero” drawer. I don’t understand how such a well-known brand ignores genuine customer concerns. This model clearly has a design flaw — many people report the same issue, and it’s impossible we’re all imagining it. I regret buying it and just want Siemens to take responsibility, process my return, and end this ongoing inconvenience.
