After both purchases, they claimed they couldn't supply the products, so I requested a cancellation. My order from August 4th, 2024, was canceled in the system, but I haven't received my refund. As for my order from August 14th, 2024, they haven't even processed the cancellation in the system. It seems that they are deliberately not processing cancellations in online purchases to avoid issuing refunds. This is a clear case of misconduct.
