I purchased a Siemens SN23II62KT dishwasher on December 28, 2024, and had it installed in January 2025. After using it for just over a month, I have encountered several serious issues that have made my experience frustrating and disappointing.
First, there is a persistent bad odor coming from inside the dishwasher, which does not go away despite regular cleaning. Second, dishes come out wet instead of properly dried, which is unacceptable for a high-end appliance. Additionally, glasses and white porcelain dishes have developed a brownish discoloration, which is ruining my kitchenware. Lastly, the door does not close evenly, making it look misaligned and poorly built.
I expect Siemens to take responsibility and offer a proper solution for these issues. A premium brand should not deliver such poor quality. I request a repair, replacement, or refund to resolve this matter immediately.
