I have a personal account on Sugo, and for four days, I have not been able to access either my main account or my backup accounts. When I try to log in, a message appears stating that I have violated the rules, but I have not received any email or notification explaining exactly what rule I supposedly infringed or what action caused this situation. I request that my case be reviewed in detail, that I be informed clearly about the reason for the suspension, and, if there has been a mistake, that full access to my main account and my backup accounts be restored. I am willing to cooperate and comply with the platform’s rules, so I ask for a prompt response and a clear explanation of what happened.
