I have been experiencing serious inconvenience because the issue I have with my Siemens WG54A2Z0TR model washing machine has not been resolved for five months. For the last five days, even though I have been at home at the time specified by the service every day, the appointment is constantly postponed to the next day and the service does not show up. Most recently, the manager of the Iskenderun Uzun Çarşı service, Mr. Nihat, refused to provide service by saying, 'Your house is far, we can't come.'
Despite submitting all my applications through Siemens General Directorate and urgently requesting a service appointment, no solution has been offered. My address is in Hatay Iskenderun Büyükdere Neighborhood and my product is under warranty. Also, although the service has come several times before, they have not been able to fix the problem.
I request a product replacement or a refund to compensate for the inconvenience I have experienced during this process.
