Siemens WG54A2Z0TR: Clothes Torn, Demand Refund or Replacement!

On May 1, 2025, I purchased a Siemens washing machine, model WG54A2Z0TR, from the Zeyna Siemens store at İskenderun Pirimemall. Since the day I bought it, I haven’t been able to use it properly even once—the machine tears my clothes in every wash. I have called Siemens customer service multiple times to report the issue, and several service technicians have visited my home. However, each time, I was told that my previous service records and customer details were not visible in their system. Despite having both my receipt and warranty certificate, I was repeatedly asked to provide the same information again. The problem persists with every wash, and no solution has been offered by the service team. Both the customer service and the store staff have been indifferent and unhelpful. Even though the product is still under warranty, my issue has not been resolved, and the machine remains unusable. I no longer accept further repairs—I demand a complete replacement of the product or a full refund. I request that my problem be resolved urgently.

I have been experiencing serious inconvenience because the issue I have with my Siemens WG54A2Z0TR model washing machine has not been resolved for five months. For the last five days, even though I have been at home at the time specified by the service every day, the appointment is constantly postponed to the next day and the service does not show up. Most recently, the manager of the Iskenderun Uzun Çarşı service, Mr. Nihat, refused to provide service by saying, 'Your house is far, we can't come.'

Despite submitting all my applications through Siemens General Directorate and urgently requesting a service appointment, no solution has been offered. My address is in Hatay Iskenderun Büyükdere Neighborhood and my product is under warranty. Also, although the service has come several times before, they have not been able to fix the problem.

I request a product replacement or a refund to compensate for the inconvenience I have experienced during this process.
