Siemens Refrigerator Making Loud Noise

The Siemens refrigerator is operating with a disturbing level of noise. I have been filing complaints since the very first day I purchased it, and I record the noises coming from the fridge every day. A woman named Ms. M***, who claims to be an authorized representative from the head office but refuses to listen to customers, stated that the refrigerator uses inverter technology, and that this noise is completely “normal” and not a problem. When I explained that it is not normal for people to feel uncomfortable in their own homes due to such loud noise and that I do not accept this situation, she simply replied, “It’s already been installed, we can’t take it back.” There are so many complaints about noisy Siemens refrigerators that I deeply regret my purchase. The noise is so dominant that it can easily be heard even from another room. They claim that the fridge occasionally works this way — however, it’s actually the opposite: it rarely operates quietly. When I said that I would definitely take this issue to court, I was told, “That’s your right.” It has not even been two weeks since the purchase, and the issues I’m facing are unacceptable. The fridge arrived with scratches on its door and display panel, and no replacement has been made yet. Similarly, the washing machine also arrived with scratches on both the display and the door. We chose Siemens and paid more in hopes of avoiding such problems, yet I am now facing an unbelievable lack of after-sales support. I will escalate this matter first to Siemens Global, and if I don’t receive a satisfactory resolution, I will proceed with a Consumer Court case.
