I have been experiencing the same unresolved issue with my Trust Wallet account for approximately 4–5 years. I use Trust Wallet on Android with the latest available version, and whenever I attempt to send or withdraw my XRP from the wallet, the transaction fails and the application displays the error message:
“Master key disabled”
Because of this error, I have been completely unable to transfer, withdraw, or access my XRP funds for several years.
I want to clearly state that I have never intentionally changed, disabled, or modified any security settings related to this XRP wallet through another wallet application, exchange, or platform. The problem appeared unexpectedly and has remained unresolved ever since.
When the issue first began years ago, I contacted Trust Wallet support through the email address that was provided on the website at that time. Unfortunately, I never received any response or assistance regarding the issue. Over time, I became frustrated and stopped pursuing the matter because there seemed to be no effective customer support available to help resolve it.
However, after all these years, I now want this issue to be taken seriously and properly investigated.
I request that Trust Wallet:
investigate my XRP wallet and account status,
clearly explain why the “Master key disabled” error appears,
and provide a permanent technical solution that allows me to securely withdraw, transfer, and access my XRP funds again.
I also expect clear guidance regarding whether this issue is related to XRP account permissions, wallet configuration, or another technical restriction, so that I can finally regain control of my cryptocurrency assets after years of being locked out.
