I purchased the Siemens WG52A2Z0TR 10kg washing machine on January 12, 2023, and from day one, it has been a complete nightmare. During operation, it makes excessive noise, vibrates intensely, and even moves from its position, making it nearly impossible to use.
For this issue, I have called authorized service three times, yet each time, I receive the same dismissive response: "No issues detected in the system." However, the reality is completely different! The machine shakes so violently during a wash cycle that it won’t stay in place and can be heard throughout the house.
I have provided detailed explanations of the problem, called Siemens multiple times, and even sent video evidence. Still, the company refuses to acknowledge the issue. Their latest response from the engineering team was, "No problem detected, nothing can be done." This is unacceptable. How can a visibly faulty product with clear video proof be ignored like this?
At this stage, I firmly declare that this washing machine is defective and demand a full refund immediately! I have wasted time, effort, and patience dealing with service requests that lead nowhere.
Is this Siemens’ approach to customer satisfaction? This is an absolute disappointment. I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and expect immediate action to process my refund request without further delay!
