Sidra Suddenly Deactivated My Account Without Explanation
I have been using a Sidra account that I opened with my former email address, which had previously been hacked. That old email was ayoadeadebay****@gmail.com. Because of that situation, I opened another Sidra account in February last year with my new email address, which is now the one that has been deactivated: ayoadeade****@gmail.com. Today, when I wanted to do my usual daily coin claiming on Sidra with this new account, I received an error message asking me to try again later. After seeing this message, I cleared my cache and tried to log in again, but Sidra showed a message that my account could not be authorized, and I have been unable to access it since then. Due to this, I cannot claim my daily coins, and I am worried about losing access to my account and the benefits linked to it. I have not yet been able to get any support or explanation from Sidra about why this deactivation happened or what I should do. I kindly request that my Sidra account with the email address ayoadeade****@gmail.com be reactivated as soon as possible so that I can log in normally and continue claiming my daily coins. I also expect a clear explanation about why my account suddenly became unauthorized despite working before.
