Sephora Reward Points Missing for Over a Year Despite Repeated Complaints

For over a year, the points I earned from my Sephora purchases have not been added to my account. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, it remains unresolved. I have sent multiple emails, filed a previous complaint here, and contacted customer service by phone at least four times.

Emails go unanswered, and responses through this platform are vague promises like “we will get back to you.” Beyond phone support, reaching Sephora seems impossible. My purchase history and dates are clearly visible in my account, yet this simple issue has dragged on far too long. I am requesting a prompt resolution to this problem and for my points to be credited without further delay.
