I had accumulated a large amount of points in my Sephora account, aiming to reach Gold Card status through my purchases. However, one day I logged into my account and discovered that all my points had suddenly disappeared without any warning or explanation. This is absolutely unacceptable for a brand that claims to value customer loyalty.

I spent a significant amount of money specifically to earn these points, and now they have been wiped out as if they never existed. There was no prior notification, no email, no message about any expiration or policy change. I feel completely disregarded as a customer.

I demand that Sephora immediately restore my lost points and properly address this issue. If my points are not reinstated, I will seriously reconsider continuing to shop with Sephora and will share my negative experience across all available platforms.
