Sephora Online Store: Missing Refund after Return


I bought something from Sephora's online store and then sent it back, but the refund didn't show up. The app tells you, "Your refund cannot be processed; please contact customer service." I also still have the points from my Sephora card that I earned for this purchase. When I call customer service, they say the refund was processed, but it's odd that other brand refunds that were made the same day or earlier went smoothly, but my Sephora refund hasn't arrived yet. I'm talking to the bank about refunds for other brands, and they're fine. But the Sephora refund is missing. This situation is crazy. I'm not coming back to shop here.
