Smule App Android _ Not Loading My Private Songs And Msg On My Msg Box
I am a Smule VIP subscriber using the Smule app on Android, and for the last 5 days I have been unable to use some of the features properly. The app keeps showing the warning “unable to connect, check your internet” specifically when I try to send or accept private messages and when I want to access my private songs. This problem is clearly not related to my internet connection, because I have sufficient mobile data and also use Wi‑Fi, and other apps and general Smule functions work normally. The issue seems limited to my private songs and the private message box, and it has been ongoing for about 5 days without any improvement. I have not yet contacted support through the app or app store, because I would like to clearly explain the situation first. I kindly request that this technical issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, and that I receive a clear explanation about why this “unable to connect / check your internet” error is occurring only for my private songs and messages despite having a stable connection.
