I Don’t See My Sephora Loyalty Points Despite Spending Enough for Black Card Status

I’ve been making frequent purchases from Sephora, and based on how much I’ve spent, I should be well on my way to qualifying for Black Card status. But despite all that spending, none of my loyalty points are showing up in my account.

This has been going on for a while now, and I can’t find any explanation anywhere—not on the app, not on the website, and certainly not from customer support. I’ve made significant purchases that should have earned me a large number of points, but my account still reflects nothing. It feels like all the money I’ve spent has simply disappeared into thin air with no reward or recognition.

This is really disappointing, especially since Sephora promotes its loyalty system so heavily. What’s the point of offering tiers and rewards if customers don’t actually receive them?

Sephora, I’m asking for immediate clarification and correction. Please review my purchase history and credit my points accurately. I expect full transparency and a system that honors the loyalty of paying customers.
