Sephora App Won’t Let Me Complete My Order When Adding a Promo Item

I’m trying to confirm my order on the Sephora app, but I keep getting an error message saying, "Verify your information." However, when I click to verify, nothing changes, and I can’t complete my purchase.

I also noticed that the issue seems to happen only when I try to add my promotional item. If I remove the promo product, the order goes through fine. Why can’t I claim the promo item I’m eligible for?

Sephora, fix this now! I want to complete my purchase with the promotion included, as advertised. How can I get my order to process correctly? Please provide a solution!
