I’ve tried every possible method to place an order on Sephora’s online store, from using different devices, switching to the app, adding different products, and even trying a different credit card, but I keep encountering a system error at the payment stage. I’ve been facing this issue since yesterday, and today is the last day of the sale. I’ve also tried contacting Sephora’s customer service, but they are unresponsive—no one answers the phone or replies to emails. This situation is extremely frustrating as I’m unable to make my purchase. I urgently request that Sephora resolve this issue before the sale ends and allow me to place my order.
