I Can’t Complete My Order on Sephora App Due to Ongoing Technical Error

Every time I try to place an order through the Sephora app, I keep getting the same frustrating message: “A technical error occurred. Please try again.” I’ve tried multiple times on different days, but nothing changes.

To troubleshoot, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, cleared the cache—none of it worked. The issue persists, and it’s preventing me from making any purchases. I wanted to take advantage of ongoing deals and new product launches, but this error is making the app completely unusable.

This has been happening for far too long with zero communication or fix from Sephora’s side. I expect much better from a major global beauty brand. Sephora, please resolve this technical glitch immediately. Your loyal customers deserve a functional app experience.
