I have been trying to shop through the Sephora app, but I keep running into the same frustrating problem with the address section. Every time I correctly enter my address, the app gives an error message saying it’s invalid. No matter how many times I try, it keeps rejecting my information. This isn’t just happening to me — it seems many other users are facing the same issue.
Why hasn’t Sephora fixed this yet? It almost feels like they don’t want customers to complete their purchases. On top of that, when I try to enter my correct address, the system forces me to input other addresses instead. I can’t even enter my own home address properly!
I demand a real solution to this issue immediately. I simply want to complete my shopping without unnecessary obstacles. Sephora, please fix your app and allow your customers to shop as intended!
