I Cannot Access My Sephora Account After Email Change and I Am Blocked from Shopping

After contacting Sephora customer service to update my email address, I completely lost access to my account. Now, I cannot log in at all, and because of this issue, I am unable to make any online purchases. When I called customer service again, they informed me that the case was escalated to their global team and that the process could take a long time. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a company as large and well-known as Sephora.

It’s unbelievable that a simple email change can create such a major problem and that no immediate solution is provided. I rely on my account for regular purchases, and this situation is causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I demand that Sephora resolve this issue immediately and restore my account access so I can continue shopping without further disruption.
