Sephora Delayed My Refund for Returned Powder Order Despite Multiple Follow-Ups

On March 26, I placed an order for a powder from Sephora. When it arrived, the shade was completely wrong, so I immediately initiated a return. Today is April 25, and I still have not received my refund. I have contacted Sephora customer service at least 10 times, and each time they promised to escalate the issue and open a support ticket. Yet, nothing has been resolved.

It feels like I’m being deliberately stalled. There has been no meaningful follow-up, no update, and certainly no refund issued to my account. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable for a brand like Sephora.

I demand that my refund be processed immediately without further delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through all necessary legal channels.

I ordered powder from Sephora on March 26. I returned it directly because it came in a different shade. It is now April 25 and I still haven't received my refund. I spoke with customer service 10 times, cases were opened repeatedly but the refund still hasn't been processed. They are literally stalling. I can't get any response either! My refund hasn't been issued for a month and they keep saying they are checking the cameras to see if the product is faulty, as if they're trying to distract a child!
