Unable to Reach Sephora Customer Service & Refund Denied

For two days, I have been trying to contact Sephora’s customer service, but no one is answering my calls, and my emails are being ignored. This is beyond frustrating, especially considering that I requested a refund for a return made on the same day, within the same hour—yet they refused to process it.
How is it possible that Sephora, a brand that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, is so unresponsive and dismissive? This lack of support and disregard for customer concerns is extremely disappointing. I expect an immediate response and resolution to my issue. Ignoring customers is unacceptable, and I will escalate this matter if necessary.
