If you're thinking about purchasing a Samsung TV, I strongly advise you to read about my experience. I bought a brand new Samsung 75QN90A Model TV from Vatan Bilgisayar about a year ago. However, four complete replacements were required within two months due to various malfunctions. Even with the most recent replacement, the fourth TV, the screen became damaged. After filing a complaint with Xolvie, I received the 75QN90B model TV as the 5th replacement on April 1, 2023. On April 3, 2023, the service team that arrived for installation noticed panel issues on the newly arrived TV and reported that it needed to be replaced. I was deeply disappointed after experiencing the same scenario for the fifth time. They sent me a replacement on April 29, 2023, and the installation was completed on May 1, 2023. A few days later, however, I noticed issues with the screen of this 6th replacement TV, such as smudges, LED dimming, and spots within the screen itself. It appears that the TVs they sent me as replacements were defective. I contacted Samsung right away, feeling lost and unsure of what to do. It's extremely infuriating to spend a fortune on television only to discover that it's either defective from the start or breaks down quickly. For a year, I've been dealing with constant problems, enduring countless days of inconvenience. Each replacement TV they sent me was worse than the previous one. As someone who has been through so much, I am now learning that the latest TV, which was supposed to be brand new, has factory defects. Instead of finding a solution, they propose panel repairs. I don't want to bother with getting it repaired or opened. I'm already in shock from all the pain I've been through. In order to maintain its brand value, I expect Samsung to address this issue and support their customer as soon as possible. I'm hoping that Samsung will accept responsibility for this situation and find a solution. I'll have to wait and see how Samsung handles this situation. In the coming days, I will provide an update on my experience.
