Parimatch Did Not Credit My ₹300 Union Bank Deposit

I have a Parimatch account registered in India under the name Pamballa Prashan***. I made a deposit of 300 via Union Bank, the amount was deducted from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch balance and it has also not been refunded back to my bank. I contacted customer support regarding this missing deposit but I have not received any response so far. I am unable to use my money either on the platform or in my bank account, which is causing me serious inconvenience. I request that my 300 be urgently located and either credited to my Parimatch account or refunded to my Union Bank account, along with a clear written explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
