Samsung Denied Replacement Of Faulty 75q70b Model Television

I bought a Samsung 75q70b model television from Media Markt on March 14, 2023. The installation of the television was completed by the service on March 17, 2023. However, the panel failed just three months later. I called customer service and asked for a service visit. On June 13, 2023, the technician arrived and reported that the panel was faulty. Because the TV was faulty, I refused repairs and demanded a replacement. This was communicated to Samsung customer service. They called me today, and the person on the phone told me that the TV was repairable but that a replacement was not possible, claiming that there was nothing they could do. I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. If a product fails within six months, I have the option of selecting one of four replacements. This was also communicated to the person on the phone. If Samsung does not promptly replace the faulty television, I will exercise my right to seek a replacement without defects or make a demand in Consumer Court.
