On 22.10.2022, we purchased a Samsung 65-inch Frame TV from Vatan Bilgisayar Nilüfer Bursa branch. When purchasing, I added a 3-year extra Gig Insurance in addition to the 2-year normal warranty. After 1.5 years, light leakage occurred on the TV screen by itself. A white line appeared in the middle of the screen. I contacted the Samsung authorized service on 29.07.2024. On 28.05.2025, the same type of problem appeared on the screen again. Again, a white light appeared in the middle of the screen by itself. I called the Samsung authorized service again. They said that the warranty had expired and that they would charge a fee. Since the product had insurance, I called the insurance. A fault file was opened in my name. On 05.06.2025, Iz Teknoloji teams came to my house. They said that they would come after the holiday because it was the eve of Eid. On 10.06.2025, Samsung authorized service called and said they would come to inspect the TV. The team that came determined a panel replacement fee of ₺36,915 and told me to forward this fee to the insurance. I called the insurance and explained the fee and what happened. The customer representative said that the authorized service should contact them and that it was wrong to give me price information. He said that they would contact the service and asked me to call back within two business days if I did not get a response. On 16.06.2025, I called Gig Insurance and explained the situation. He said that the legal period was continuing and that I should call back on Friday. When I called the insurance again on 19.06.2025, they said that they would not cover the fault and that since the problem with the TV was the same as the previous problem, the Samsung authorized service should fix the fault regardless of the warranty period. I called Samsung service and they said that there was no such thing and that I should apply to Samsung customer service or the Consumer Arbitration Board. I called Samsung customer service. They opened a claim and got a negative response. Again, on the same day, Iz Teknoloji called and said that the insurance would not replace the screen free of charge, instead they offered me a gift certificate of ₺24,000, which was the price I bought the TV for, and that the screen replacement would exceed 40 thousand TL, including labor. I said, "Are you kidding me?" that the current price of the TV was ₺60,000, and hung up.

I am being asked to pay 40,000 TL because of a screen that developed the same fault in less than a year. I will pursue my rights legally.
