Samsung Offered Zero Service for Q55s95b Model TV

I bought a TV on February 27th, 2023, but it didn't work properly. The model was Q55s95b. I've been trying to get help from Samsung customer service since March 15th, 2023. They tried to fix my issue remotely, but it wasn't resolved until April 1st, 2023. So, I convinced your solution center to approve the replacement. Today, I received a product called Q80b model. However, I didn't accept it because it was cheaper and not the same as the product I originally ordered. I won't buy Samsung products again because they didn't care about my issue in Turkey. If you don't improve your service, I'll share all the emails and phone records I have as proof on different websites and I might also take legal action.
