Samsung QE50Q60T Model Television Panel Not Granted Warranty

The invoice of my QE50Q60T model television, which we purchased by trusting the SAMSUNG brand through Vatan Bilgisayar online sales, was issued on 15.06.2021, and the installation of my television was carried out on 30.06.2021 by the authorized service. On 25.06.2023, the TV consumer reconnected the QLED series screens to the TV, until the end of my TV was turned off and it started to turn on again. (I am using a current-restricted socket.) On 26.06.2023, I created a service that takes the SAMSUNG 444 77 11 line to a conclusion. On the day of 27.06.2023, the service staff of the friend's house said that the panel of my television was defective, the warranty was expired according to the end of the invoice! , stating that they will send a transaction, states that there is a 10,000 TL part fee. According to the installation report, it was requested to provide warranty coverage for the transaction stating that the 2-year warranty period has not expired. A friend asked by connecting to the center by phone. The answer was that they would send an e-mail to Samsung Korea and ask and get back to me. He received a service fee of 250 TL from the service person to come home!!! The next day (28.06.2023) on the 1st day of the Feast of Sacrifice, they told me that they would help me by reducing the estimates to 9.000 TL from the line 444 77 11! They said we don't have an application like mail to Korea, as if making fun of them. Even when 10 days have passed according to bill payment and the loading process has not expired since 2 years, it is impossible to be a user error. It is not befitting for a well-established company like SAMSUNG to be asked to pay for the PANEL failure. The reason why we don't buy other brands with the same features at half the price is that we think that SAMSUNG has solid products and will eventually stand behind such features. Good luck Samsung!!! For your information, are you selling products for a lifetime of 2 years? And for some reason, the PANEL fails just at the end of the warranty period! Lots of people read complaints like this. If my problem is not resolved immediately, I will seek my rights through legal means.
