In this post, I'll detail the many problems I've had with the Samsung 50TU8000U TV I bought in September 2020. Right after the warranty period ended, the screen started displaying a black Smart TV logo, rendering it completely unresponsive. As soon as I went back to the store, I noticed that the only brand on display was Samsung, a brand we've been loyal to for years, even when it comes to our choice of phones. Unfortunately, it seems we made a big mistake relying on such a reputable brand. We created a service request, but since the warranty had expired, they demanded a hefty fee of 8020 TL. Based on the reviews, it appears that this particular series has a chronic issue, so why are you selling it to us? From now on, I will refrain from purchasing any products from your brand, and I will file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Board. I expect a replacement for your manufacturing defect, not a repair. Just like how h*** fixed their issue and replaced all affected vehicles, I expect the same level of service from you. Samsung, a global brand, should uphold its reputation. Good day, and please note that I don't want a free repair, I want a replacement, or I will explore other avenues to resolve this matter!
