I went with Samsung because I was familiar with the brand and had previously used other models that I liked. However, having such a serious problem with this television in such a short period of time was truly shocking. When I looked into the issue further, I discovered that many others had complained about the same model and issue, confirming that the problem was inherent in the product. We never mishandled the television in any way that could have resulted in this problem. This situation gives me the impression that I've been duped.
