Sudden Breakdown and Hefty Repair Bill for My Samsung 50TU8000 TV

We were told that the situation would be evaluated and we would be given feedback, but we have not received any response yet.

Our Samsung 50TU8000 model television, which we purchased in 2020, has completely failed. When the service team arrived, they informed us that the panels needed to be replaced and that the service would cost a whopping 6,850 tl. I went with Samsung because I was familiar with the brand and had previously used other models that I liked. However, having such a serious problem with this television in such a short period of time was truly shocking. When I looked into the issue further, I discovered that many others had complained about the same model and issue, confirming that the problem was inherent in the product. We never mishandled the television in any way that could have resulted in this problem. This situation gives me the impression that I've been duped. I request that Samsung accept responsibility for resolving the TV's malfunction and assist us.

The responsible staff showed the necessary attention and replaced the faulty part free of charge.
