Samsung Tv Panel Issues and Unresolved Complaints

On September 14, 2020, I bought a 50AU8000 series Samsung TV from a seller who came highly recommended. After a year, there were lines on the screen, so they replaced it because it was still under warranty. But the panel on the second TV, which was a better model, burned out after only a year and a half. Even though it's still under warranty, they say that the first TV's warranty applies and that I need to pay 13,250 TL to fix it. The same model of TV already costs 13,000 TL for a new one. I called the resolution center more than once and spoke with Ms. R***. At first, she offered to fix the problem for free. But the solution that has been suggested is only a 50% discount, which is still 6,500–7,000 TL. Samsung, a well-known brand around the world, won't take responsibility for the broken product they sold. This isn't just my mistake; many other people have had the same problem, which shows that factory defects were put on the market without being checked. They are making customers' lives very difficult. If I don't get the free repairs I asked for, I will complain to the right people, including on social media. I won't pay a dime, especially since there's no guarantee that the panel won't break again in a few months. I no longer have any faith in Samsung at all. Before putting your products on the market, please make sure to check them carefully and don't add to your customers' worries.
