I Face No Response From Salomon.Com For Shoe Size Return Request
I purchased a pair of shoes from Salomon.com but unfortunately, the size did not fit. I sent four separate emails to the i***@oco.com.tr address provided on their website and also submitted the issue through their online contact form, yet I have received absolutely no response. There is no customer support to speak of—there is no phone number listed, and no alternative way to reach someone for assistance. This leaves me with no one to address my issue.
I urgently need a return authorization code so I can complete the return process. The website does not generate this code properly, and the shipping company they work with refuses to accept the package without it. They simply advise me to contact the seller, but that is impossible.
After seeing numerous other complaints about the same seller on this platform, I realized I am not alone in facing this problem. If you are planning to purchase Salomon products, I highly recommend buying from another authorized distributor instead.
