Salomon Alphacross 5 Lining Tore in 4 Months – No Customer Support Response


I purchased the Salomon Alphacross 5 just four months ago, and despite only occasional use, the lining has already torn. This is completely unacceptable for a brand that markets itself as a high-performance outdoor shoe.
I tried to contact Salomon via email and phone, but I received no response. It is frustrating to see such a lack of customer service for a product that is supposed to be durable. Ignoring customer complaints like this is not a good business practice, and at this rate, they won’t have any loyal customers left.
I expect an immediate response and a resolution, whether it be a replacement or refund. Salomon, take responsibility for your product quality and provide proper customer support!

Salomon is Regret I bought the Salomon Alphacross 5 model, and in the third month, the inner lining on the right side was punctured in a circular shape. I sent it to the service twice, but the product defect was not accepted. The service is very bad, wherever you hold it, it falls apart. If I had bought another shoe for a thousand TL, I wouldn't have experienced such a problem.
