Salomon Shoes Are Not Waterproof, No Response After 20 Days of Review

I purchased a pair of Salomon shoes, but they failed to meet basic expectations as they are not waterproof. I sent the shoes back for inspection after noticing the issue, but it has been 20 days, and I still haven’t received any updates. Despite multiple emails, I only get a generic response saying the review process takes 30 business days.

Winter has already arrived, and I’m left without the shoes I paid a significant amount for. This delay and lack of communication are incredibly frustrating. I chose Salomon for its reputation, but this experience has been disappointing. I urge the company to resolve this promptly and provide either a replacement or a refund immediately.
