Camper Customer Service Delayed Shoe Returns
As a Camper client, I returned two pairs of shoes purchased through their website. For one pair, they canceled the incorrect item and refunded a reduced amount. For the other pair, it's been about 40 days and I still haven't received my return. I sent an email but received no answer. The customer service worker merely writes a ticket and says, "You'll be contacted," but no one has responded in 40 days. It's incredible that a firm that makes high-quality shoes can deliver such bad customer service. There's probably no other firm that offers high-quality products while providing such poor customer service. The Turkish representation of this brand requires immediate adjustment. Their problem-solving ability is nonexistent.
