Roborock S7 Wi-Fi Error Not Resolved After 5 Service Visits

I bought my Roborock S7 in 2022, and it has been experiencing a persistent Wi-Fi error that has never been resolved. The warranty service, provided through Teknosa, has repeatedly asked me to send the robot back, and this is now the fifth time. It feels like they are mocking me at this point. Does Roborock not monitor the stores they sell their products through? I chose Roborock because of its reputation as a strong brand, but I deeply regret my decision. This situation needs an urgent solution. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of proper service and support for such a reputable product.
