I Face Missing Items In Sephora Turkey Gift Set Bought In Istanbul

I purchased a full package for my wife from Sephora Turkey at the İstiklal Street store in Istanbul on 11 December 2025. The package was supposed to contain eight products, but when I arrived back home in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, I discovered that there were only five products inside, meaning three core items were missing from the set. Because I only noticed the problem after flying back to Riyadh, I was not able to return to the store and resolve it in person. This has been very disappointing, especially as the package was bought as a gift. I kindly request a solution for this issue. If possible, I would like to receive the missing products from a Sephora store in Riyadh, or, if that cannot be arranged, I request a refund for the incomplete package. I am ready to share my receipt and photos of the products and packaging to support my complaint.
