On October 7, 2022, I purchased a Roborock Q7 Max robot vacuum from Teknosa in Ankara Ankamall. Unfortunately, only 2-3 weeks later, the following issues began to arise:
It was unable to complete mapping properly.
It malfunctioned when it returned to the dock after cleaning a zone.
It failed to identify and clean carpets on the map.
It did not collect dust along the borders of carpets.
It collided with items, causing damage to both itself and the environment.
It did not properly split rooms on the map.
It kept going to locations I hadn't chosen.
Constant resets and reconnections to Wi-Fi were required.
It continued sending messages about incomplete jobs.
It now cleans at random, occasionally leaving entire sections unclean.
Finally, it began producing excessive noise when cleaning tiles.
When I presented it to Teknosa, they advised that it be forwarded to Bood Technical Service for inspection. I filed complaints and wanted a refund or replacement.
The merchandise was sent to Bood Technical Service, which simply updated the robot and returned it. I returned it to Teknosa several times, and each time they forwarded it to the service, who returned it in worse condition than before.

Customer care instructed me to return it to Teknosa, and it will be returned to the same service, Bood Technical care, for the fourth time.
If this occurs again, I will take Teknosa, Bood Technical Service, and Roborock to court.
