The device has already been sent to a technician twice because I couldn’t even reach the official service center. So far, I’ve spent a total of ₺5,000 on repairs and shipping costs—but the problem remains unresolved. The robot keeps showing an “internal error” message no matter what I do. I’ve reset it multiple times, tried every troubleshooting tip available, but nothing works. The technician claimed they replaced the fan motor, yet the issue persists. Now it’s saying there’s a sensor problem. How many parts do I have to replace before this thing works again? Roborock needs to take responsibility for this faulty device and provide an actual solution immediately.
