Roborock Q8 Max Won’t Mop Despite Full Tank and Support Ignores My Emails

I purchased the Roborock Q8 Max robot vacuum about six months ago. For the most part, it worked well—until about a month ago, when it suddenly stopped mopping altogether. Even though the water tank is completely full, the device keeps displaying a “low water level” warning and refuses to mop.
I’ve been trying to get help by contacting customer service, but the only option available is via email. I’ve sent multiple messages, yet I haven’t received a single reply. This lack of response is unacceptable for a product in this price range and from a brand that claims to offer reliable support.
I would like to send the vacuum to service, but I can’t even get a confirmation or instructions from the company. I’m sharing my experience here in hopes that someone from Roborock sees this and finally responds. Please fix this issue or assist me in getting my unit serviced. I just want the product I paid for to work as promised.
