Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra Dead — Charging Light On but Device Not Responding
My Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra robot vacuum suddenly stopped working one day ago without showing any warning or error. The charging station light is on, but the device itself shows no lights or signs of activity—no matter which button I press, there’s no response at all.
I tried changing the power outlet, cleaning the charging base, pressing all the buttons, and even attempting a reset, but nothing worked. The vacuum simply won’t turn on.
I purchased the device on May 26, 2025, via Trendyol from Alpho Teknoloji Ticaret Limited Şirketi, and the warranty is still valid.

This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. I’ve already emailed the authorized Roborock service and am currently waiting for a response.
I request that my device be repaired as soon as possible and that my warranty rights be honored promptly.
