Roborock S8 Sonic Leaked Water in 2 Months and Support Ignored Me

Two months ago, I purchased the Roborock S8 Sonic, expecting a high-quality, durable robot vacuum. Unfortunately, in less than 60 days, it started leaking water from the tank. For such an expensive and supposedly advanced model, this kind of issue is unacceptable.

I contacted customer service via WhatsApp, and instead of providing real help or investigating the defect, they simply told me I needed to buy a new water tank. That’s their solution for a faulty product still practically brand new? No warranty coverage, no inspection, no accountability—just a lazy brush-off.

There’s absolutely no proper customer support, and the brand seems to rely more on influencer hype than actual product quality. I regret buying this and feel completely ignored as a paying customer. If I don’t get proper assistance soon, I will escalate this through the Consumer Arbitration Court.

Roborock, if you want customers to trust your brand, start by standing behind your products and giving real support when something goes wrong. I demand a replacement water tank at no extra cost and a serious explanation.
