Roborock S8 Pro Ultra - Recurring Water Leakage, Multiple Service Failures

I purchased the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra robot vacuum and I’ve been experiencing constant malfunctions since the day I bought it. Although the device is under warranty, I previously sent it to service due to a water leakage issue from the bottom. The service claimed the necessary repairs had been made and returned the device to me. However, about a month after receiving it, I heard a sudden popping sound while it was operating, and water started leaking from the bottom again. Similar issues had occurred before in different forms, forcing me to send the device to service multiple times. Most recently, I sent it a month ago, received it back after 20 days, and the same problem reappeared shortly after. When I contacted customer service, they only told me to send it back to service again, offering no other solution. I’m extremely frustrated and exhausted from facing the same recurring issue and repeatedly sending the product for repair. I now demand a permanent solution, preferably a product replacement; otherwise, I will have to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
