I'm so disappointed with the Roborock Q7 Max vacuum cleaner I bought on November 25, 2012, for 13,000 TL. It doesn't map, can only move back and forth and turn around itself, and can't be placed anywhere, not even in its charging slot. When it got there on November 28, 2022, I sent it to the service, but they still couldn't fix it, so they sent it back again. The product was also tested by people who work at Teknosa, but they don't take exchanges or returns. I bought this vacuum cleaner 1.5 months ago, but I still haven't been able to use it! And what's worse, the company doesn't care about helping me in any way. The only thing they do is send it back to the service without doing anything else. It's such a shame that I can't get the help or support I need, even though I bought a broken product with my money. What a waste of the money I worked hard for! If more companies were more willing to help customers who bought broken products from them, things like this might not happen as often as they do now.
