I’m writing to express my ongoing frustration with the Roborock Q7 Max Robot Vacuum, which I haven’t been able to use regularly since I purchased it. From the very first setup, the robot kept spinning in place. I sent it to the service center, where they updated the software. It worked fine for 3-4 months, but then it started having problems again—struggling to recognize rooms and objects.
I sent it back to the service center, but they claimed there was nothing wrong and just updated the software again. Despite this, the robot still doesn’t work properly, and now it even bumps into everything, damaging my furniture. On top of that, when I sent it in for service again, they charged me 633.40 TL for shipping, saying that since no fault was found, the shipping cost is my responsibility.
I’m incredibly frustrated. Why would I keep sending the robot in for service if it was working fine? The problems are real, and I’m not being taken seriously by the service team. This situation is unacceptable, and I’m requesting immediate assistance to resolve these ongoing issues.
