My Roborock Q Revo MaxV is Broken
I am absolutely furious with my Roborock Q Revo MaxV Smart Vacuum! I bought it from N11 on April 7, 2025, and it has barely worked – I've only run it a maximum of two times. Even during its first run, the suction wasn't great, but I brushed it off as "just a robot vacuum."
Yesterday, I really needed it. I had already vacuumed with my regular cleaner but needed to mop. So, I sent the robot to mop. It left its dock, started spinning in circles, and when I tried to cancel the job and send it back, it couldn't even find its charging station! I tried the mopping function again; same result. It spun in circles and got lost. I then tried deleting and recreating the map, but it couldn't even remap itself, just kept spinning in place.
This is a complete joke! I wish I had checked Şikayetvar (Complaint.com) before buying this. If I'd seen these reviews, I would never have paid this much money for this brand. My robot vacuum broke down while just sitting there, only two months after purchase. I demand a full refund for this defective product! This is unacceptable.
