My Roborock S8 Pro Won't Connect to Wi-Fi

I am absolutely furious with my Roborock S8 Pro! I bought this robot vacuum just 4-5 days ago, and I cannot get it to connect to Wi-Fi at all! At the very last step of the connection process, it always gives me the error: "Network information could not be obtained, password incorrect." This is completely unacceptable for a brand-new smart device.

We've contacted our internet provider, and we've spent days trying to establish a 2.4 GHz connection, but it simply won't connect. There is no problem with my internet connection, and I'm positive the password is correct. When I press the buttons as shown in the setup video, I only get a "Network being prepared" notification, and then it fails. I've searched online, and I can't find any information about this specific problem.

I deeply regret purchasing this Roborock. Roborock, I demand urgent support to fix this Wi-Fi connectivity issue now! This product is useless without a working app connection, and I expect you to resolve this problem promptly.
