Preply Suspended My Account Without Warning and Refused to Refund Unused Lessons

On October 30, 2025, my Preply account was suddenly suspended without any prior warning or notification. After the suspension, I contacted customer support regarding a refund for the 6 remaining lessons in my account.

Instead of receiving a clear explanation or assistance, I was given the following response by Preply customer service:

“As our team reserves the right to discontinue further communication on this matter, we won’t be able to discuss it any further.”

No additional clarification or justification was provided.

My registered email address is .dvt**@gmail.com. I am formally requesting a refund for the 6 unused lessons remaining in my account and a fair resolution to this issue.
