Preply Refused to Refund My Canceled English Lessons
I purchased a total of four English lessons on Preply. I completed one of these lessons and canceled the remaining lessons today. However, I noticed that I did not receive any refund for the lessons I canceled, even though they were not used.
When I contacted Preply regarding my refund request, I was told that no refunds are issued even if lessons are canceled. This refund policy was not presented to me in a clear or understandable way at the time of purchase, and I do not believe it was transparent enough for customers to make an informed decision. For this reason, I feel unfairly treated.
I am requesting that the amount I paid for the unused lessons be refunded, or at the very least, that a reasonable refund be provided for the lessons I did not take.
