For approximately 10 days, I have been unable to complete the identity verification (KYC) process on the Bybit TR mobile app. When I try to verify my identity, the system requires me to proceed to a live video verification step with a customer service representative, but the connection never works. No matter how many times I try each day, I repeatedly receive the message “No connection, please try again later,” and the process never even starts because I cannot connect to an agent.
I contacted Bybit TR customer support regarding this issue, and I was instructed to submit a complaint form via email. I was told that I would receive a response within 7 days, but that period has already passed. Despite this, I have received no response at all, and the identity verification problem remains completely unresolved.
I am requesting that Bybit TR urgently investigate and fix the issue preventing me from connecting to a customer representative for identity verification, restore full usability of my account, and provide me with a clear written explanation of what is causing this problem. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to delete the application.
